Perfect long weekend in Big Canoe Positive: We had an amazing stay in this location with 11 people. It never felt crowded and we had everything we needed for the weekend. The location can't be beat as you are right near all of the amenities. The host was amazing, she went above and beyond in making sure our long weekend was a success. I would stay here again!

Mountain Grove Lodge in Big Canoe is a gem for those seeking luxury and nature's embrace. Nestled in the serene landscapes of Georgia's Blue Ridge Mountains, this lodge offers an escape that feels remote and accessible. I booked our family vacation with Georgia Mountain Resort Properties. Melissa and Brad Fain own the company, and Melissa was our contact and host. Let me start by saying how helpful and accommodating she is. In September, I booked a home in another location for our family getaway in November. That home became unavailable two days before our trip due to an unusual circumstance. I had to scramble to find a replacement, and Melissa came to the rescue and went above and beyond to save our vacation. She handled all the arrangements that fit our needs, and during the stay, she checked in to ensure everything was ok. When I had a question or request, she responded quickly and happily accommodated us. The home is both comfortable and elegant. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxation or gathering with family and friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious, featuring high-quality linens, comfy mattresses, and tasteful furnishings. The master bath walk-in shower is fantastic. The home has modern amenities that complement its natural setting. From a well-equipped kitchen to a fireplace on two different levels and a screened-in porch, every detail has been considered. The deck offers breathtaking views, a gas grill, and ample spots for lounging or dining. The hot tub overlooking the mountains provides a much-needed relaxing treat.
